Important information to read so you can avoid any delays:
We send an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. You can use the tracking information to track your order online. This service is enabled for all orders including Channel Islands.
 
Deliveries are usually made during the day and the courier would require signature from someone at the delivery address. Please provide delivery address where someone would be available to sign for the delivery. Perhaps your workplace address if you work during the day.
Please provide your day time contact number in the order so we can contact you for any further delivery instructions if needed.
If you do not receive your parcel within 5 working days after the order is dispatched, you should contact us immediately to report this. 

 
How does Next Day Delivery Work?
All orders placed by 3pm will be sent out . All successful orders are then forwarded to our fulfilment team who will pack your order and get it ready for collection by couriers. 

 
What are the cut-off times for Next Day Delivery?
All orders placed by 3pm Monday - Friday.  Orders placed after 3pm for next day delivery will be delivered on the following working day  (If an order is received on Tuesday at 3.30pm, it will be delivered on Thursday). All orders placed on Friday, after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday for next day delivery option.

 
How will my order be delivered?
Your parcel will be delivered with Interlink. Deliveries to residential address can be made between 7am and 9pm. Deliveries to business addresses will be made between 7am and 5pm.

 
Has my order been shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation once the order is shipped with the tracking information which you can use to track your parcel online. Alternatively you may contact us on +44 (0)3302 232 459 for further assistance or you could email us at customerservices@colettegreen.co.uk for enquiries. If you do not receive your parcel within 3 – 5 working days after the order is dispatched, you should contact us immediately to report this. Please note that some postcodes will NOT receive next day delivery as mentioned above. A list of such postcodes are provided here for reference.

Can my billing/delivery address be different?
Yes, you can choose a different delivery address than your billing address. Please make sure you provide the alternative delivery address while placing the order.

 
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes if there is no one to receive the parcel then courier may leave the parcel at your neightbours for you to collect or they may try the day after. You can also ring them using the tracking number to arrange a suitable date and time for redelivery.

What do I do if I am not happy with the purchase but the good(s) are not faulty?
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are not and wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. You must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.
You can cancel by email:

Email is preferred for record keeping purposes.If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

What do I do if I have received faulty goods?
We will be sorry to hear that you have received faulty goods and would like to refund or replace the items as per your wish. If the item is faulty then please inform us within 30 days by email: customerservices@colettegreen.co.uk , or call 03302 232 459. Email is preferred for record keeping purposes. If possible, please take a picture of the fault noticed and send it as an attachment over email. We will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the full amount in relation to goods and also the cost you paid for delivery. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you the goods supplied. You can either return the faulty goods to us at your cost and we will reimburse the carrier charge for sending back the faulty product(s) or we can arrange a return delivery at our own cost.
